    Chief Financial Officer

    Cathleen graduated with honors from Chico State University and holds degrees in accounting and finance. She’s a licensed CPA who specializes in nonprofit organizations and school districts, and she’s been a leader at BACR since 2003.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Martin holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance and New York University. He’s been a leader within the organization and community for over 30 years. With his guidance, BACR has developed into a dynamic and highly diversified nonprofit agency.

    Mary Jo serves as Chief Operating Officer of Bay Area Community Resources (BACR). Her 30 year tenure at BACR has yielded program growth, excellent outcomes and alignment with organizational values.
