Amy Kelly, LMFT

Executive Director of Behavioral and Mental Health

Amy has spent her career building pathways to more personalized, accessible mental health care, blending clinical expertise as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an entrepreneur's instinct for reimagining how care actually gets delivered.

Prior to BACR, Amy founded and scaled Revive Health Therapy into a practice spanning three Bay Area cities with a team of 17 clinicians, and went on to found Miri AI, using artificial intelligence to help healthcare organizations understand patient behavior and stay connected to people between moments of care. Her path has run through direct clinical practice, program design at Fusion Academy, and executive leadership, all shaped by the same belief: people deserve to feel seen and supported long before things reach a breaking point.

Amy is a fifth-generation San Franciscan who spent five years living in Australia where she met her husband, Tom, whom she considers the best souvenir of the trip. She now lives in the East Bay with Tom and their three kids.

We’re proud to share that BACR earned the Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency — the highest level of recognition offered by Candid (formerly Guidestar). This designation reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and impact. It means we go beyond the basics to share detailed information about our work, goals, metrics, and results — because we believe our communities and partners deserve nothing less.
