Derya's career in leadership began sixteen years ago in the field of biotechnology and oncology research, marking the start of an impressive journey. After earning a Master's in Organizational Psychology and Licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy, Derya transitioned into various leadership roles across mental health organizations. In extensive positions as Director and Director of Operations, Derya spearheaded curriculum design, clinical training, and administrative oversight, showcasing a dedication to excellence and innovation. With a passion for leadership that spans a decade, Derya has also excelled in executive and team coaching services, specializing in effective communication, conflict resolution, and change management. Outside of work, Derya finds joy in gardening, hiking, stand-up comedy, cooking, and exploring psychoanalysis and philosophy through reading and narrative writing.
