Myint brings more than 14 years of progressive experience in both nonprofit and corporate finance leadership. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Finance at Tides Foundation, where she led all financial operations for an organization. Her leadership was pivotal in streamlining operations and establishing strategic financial frameworks to support long-term sustainability.

Previously, Myint held key finance roles at Tides Advocacy and Tides Center, building a strong track record in budgeting, compliance, internal controls, and systems integration. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
