Rebecca Hooley

Board Member

Rebecca is an attorney representing local agencies and serves as a hearing officer for Alameda County. She brings her expertise in law and contracting to the board and her experience serving on nonprofit boards. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of BACR, Rebecca is also on the board of the International Action Network for Gender Equity & Law. She has been a director for California Women Lawyers and Queen’s Bench Bar Association. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from U.C. Santa Cruz and her law degree from Columbia University. Rebecca resides in Alameda County.
